Terms of Service

read before commissioning. by purchasing my services, you hereby acknowledge and agree to my terms of service.

IMPORTANT

  • I have the right to decline commission requests if I am uncomfortable or unable to proceed with the request.

  • Commissions are for personal use only and not for commercial use, which means no reselling or advertising.

  • Commissions can be posted online as long as I am credited.

  • I will retain the rights to my artwork and commissions can be posted online on my social media or my portfolio.

  • Modifying, tracing, or editing my artwork and watermark is not allowed.

  • Making NFTs of my artwork or feeding it to AI programs is not allowed.

WHAT I CAN DRAW

  • Original characters, fanart, kemonomimi, real people stylized

WHAT I CANNOT DRAW

  • NSFW, furries, gore, offensive or hateful content, extremely detailed backgrounds

PROCESS

  • Message me on Discord (@.biyuu) with your commission request.

  • Please send me reference photos of what you want me to draw. (e.g. character, poses, facial expressions, background elements)

  • You are able to make as many edits and changes as you wish during the sketching process.

  • No major changes are allowed after you confirm the sketch unless you pay extra.

  • Updates will only be sent if you request for it or if I have to clarify something with you.

  • The final artwork will be sent through Google Drive or email.

  • Commissions may take 1-7 days to complete.

PAYMENT

  • Payment is made through Paypal invoices in USD currency.

  • 50% payment is required after confirming the sketch or else I will not finalize the artwork.

  • The rest of the payment must be paid once the invoice is sent out or else I will not send the artwork.

  • No refunds are allowed after any payment is made.

  • Bust Up Line Sketch: $20

  • Bust Up Colored: $28

  • Add background color and simple elements: Free

  • Change line color: Free
